So much of the world has not been shown or taught ways to feel or express love in healthy ways either for themselves, for others, for the environment, for other living beings. We learn to be very hard on ourselves and therefore very hard on others. The world is lacking compassion and care and seems to be actively being pushed in the direction of fear and separation. I believe it's therefore important for any of us who have been blessed with the or been blessed dto already be on a path of awakening to share that, to share the love as much as possible so that people can feel and experience a different way of being. I don't pretend to have all the answers but I know I'm a damn slight better off than I was 10 years ago and I would like to help people make the small steps in the same direction I've been going.
