Everyone deserves to feel cared for and supported. A lot of the pain and suffering in the world is due to an absence of love when everyone inherently has the desire to be loved, and when others don’t feel loved or supported it can cause a lot of dysregulation and distress in the body. Since most people don’t really know how to properly regulate or understand their emotions, they lash out from the pain they feel because it’s easier to be angry than it is to be vulnerable. It’s important to me to spread that love because regardless of how it may affect another person to receive it, I’m doing what I need to do to activate SOMETHING in them to get them feeling into that space. And that’s all that matters to me. Being a beacon and a catalyst for others to receive and give love unconditionally.

I am currently (re)creating my business and getting more clear on my vision, what I want to offer, and how I want to hold space and be of service to others. I’m currently working on getting back into the flow of regularly painting , offering energy work, sound healing, and coaching. I’m planning some events, retreats, masterclasses, and more 🙂
