My fiance Kelly Krezek and I have been Co-Founders of www.newearthdevelopment.org - a regenerative real estate development company for the last 6 years. We have supported 18 regenerative land projects with pre-development planning & investor relations services as they prepare for investment raise. I helped productize our service into an online program in 2022, and built the automated webinar funnel that sells that online program on autopilot. Geoship, Freedom Cell Network, and a number of other eco living movements are our affiliate partners.

Kelly and I are also creating our own regenerative land project here in Austin called Abundancia, based on the regenerative town concept we worked for the last 2.5 years to bring to Costa Rica. We have been pre-approved for $26M of financing and are excited to connect with the right piece of land!
